Why do shops charge this fee? Cost recovery and efficiency, this helps off set other costs and to keep labor and parts costs down.
Every automotive repair facility, that we know of, charges a shop supply fee, even the small businesses and corporations.
Here at Nault Auto Care, our shop supply fee is 7% and caps off at $50
Yes! Nault Auto Care LLC issues a 6 month/6,000 mile (whichever comes first) warranty. The warranty does not include customer supplied parts, towing services, car rentals, shop supply fees, caused by improper use, accidents, or customer neglect, and tempering/repairs made to warranty parts and/or repairs; these will terminate the warranty issued.
